Please be aware that our doctors and staff are working extremely hard to assist our parents and patients during this crisis. We're committed to addressing the surge of COVID-19 by answering phone calls, easing your concerns, staying current with CDC recommendations, and giving each of our patients the time and consideration that they deserve. We ask that you are patient as we manage this COVID-19 volume increase.
Subsequently, because of these COVID-19 demands, our wait times to see the provider or to respond to phone calls may be longer than usual. However, we continue to remain committed to providing the best pediatric healthcare for our patients.

We continue to offer innovative ways for you to stay healthy through wellness visits inside the office and video visits.
Telemedicine Video appointments (online digital visits)
Online telehealth visits may be scheduled by calling our office and making an appointment. Once the appointment is scheduled, a link to the visit will be sent via text or e-mail, depending on your settings with our office. These online digital visits provide direct audio and video communication during your digital appointment with our healthcare providers.
Our pediatric providers will continue to perform routine wellness visits in the office including recommended vaccinations as supported by the American Academy of Pediatrics. We are accommodating this by blocking out specific days, times, rooms, and modes of office entry that are dedicated to wellness visits. In addition, we continue to thoroughly clean and sanitize with every patient encounter. Please call 630-554-7654 during regular business hours to schedule any of these appointments.
